To All Interested Parties:

Attached is a copy of the City of Burnet’s Request for Proposals (RFP) for pre-award and post-award consultant/management services for the Department of Energy’s Grid Resiliency Grant (GRG) program if awarded a State contract through the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM). The City is considering applying for funding to support mitigation efforts under DOE’s GRG program.

The submission requirements and deadline for this proposal are included on the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) form and can also be found at www.cityofburnet.com/rfps. Please submit a proposal of services and statement of qualification to:

The deadline for submission of proposals is 2:00pm on Monday July 8, 2024. The City of Burnet reserves the right to negotiate with any and all persons or firms submitting proposals, per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards. Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
