REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

City of Burnet

The City of Burnet plans to apply for the upcoming 2023-2024 Texas Community Development Block Grant from the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Program of the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA).  Accordingly, the City of Burnet is seeking to contract with a qualified Engineering/Architectural/Surveying Firm(s) (individual/firm) to prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications, and to conduct all necessary interim and final inspections, carry out grant contract activities, and construction management of Tx CDBG project(s). These services are being solicited to assist the City of Burnet in its application preparation and project implementation of a TxCDBG contract, if awarded, to support eligible activities in City of Burnet.  Please submit five (5) printed copies and one electronic PDF copy on a thumb drive of your Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) of services to the following address: Attn: Kelly Dix, City Secretary, 1001 Buchanan Drive, Suite #4, Burnet, Texas 78611.  Statements of Qualifications must be received by the City of Burnet no later than 2:00pm on January 10, 2023, to be considered.
