Kelly Dix
Crista Bromley, Director of Administrative Services, has been with the city since 2001. She initially served as the City Secretary, after which she served as the Director of Economic Development and finally as Director of Administrative Services. She also serves as Airport Manager, Public Information Officer and Deputy City Secretary. She formerly served as Deputy Court Clerk and Court Administrator.
Crista received her Texas Certified Public Manager certification from Texas State University.
Douglas B. Fipps has been General Manager/Head Golf Professional at Delaware Springs G.C. since July 1999. He is a member of the Professional Golfers Association of America. Was elected to membership May 1998. He is currently active in the Southern Texas Section of the PGA.
Mark Ingram
Patricia Langford joined the City of Burnet in April 2013 was appointed as the Director of Finance in April 2015.
Mrs. Langford graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting in 1990 from Angelo State University, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for the State of Texas, and has most recently earned recognition as a Certified Government Finance Officer (CGFO) from the Government Finance Officers’ Association of Texas.
She brings with her over10 years of accounting experience in the asset management industry and over 5 years of public accounting/auditing experience.
Mark Lewis serves as the City’s Development Services Director, performing planning related duties, as well as supervising Building Inspection and Code Enforcement. He also serves as a member of the City’s Economic Development Corporation. He brings thirty-five-plus years of municipal government experience to the City of Burnet. Mr. Lewis’s career in City government began in 1981 when he was employed by the City of La Porte, Texas first as building inspector, then Building Official. Since he has worked at the City of Burleson and the City of Cedar Park.
Mr. Lewis maintains his Certified Building Official and other International Code Council certifications. He is a nationally accredited Certified Floodplain Manager.
