The City of Burnet offers employees, spouses and retirees on the medical plan a voluntary wellness program called Healthy Directions, administered by TriHealth.  Healthy Directions provide employees with resources to help live better both inside and outside of work.

Please refer to the Healthy Direction Packet for instructions on how to earn your health premium discount.  Employees, spouses and retirees on the medical plan MUST having the following preventive screenings completed before 06/30/2018.

• annual physical (to include biometric measures); and
• one preventive screening (refer to list on Form D in the Healthy Directions Packet)
