Dear Administrative Service Provider:

Attached is a copy of the City of Burnet Request for Proposals for application and project implementation for administrative services.  These services are being solicited to assist the City of Burnet in its application and administration of a contract, if awarded, from the 2023-2024 Texas Community Development Block Grant of the Texas Community Development Block Grant Program funded and administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture.

The deadline for submission of proposals is January 10, 2023, at 2:00 p.m..  Please mail the City of Burnet  five (5) printed copies and one electronic PDF copy on a thumb drive to the mailing address above. Your submission content may be the TDA A507 response form, or a tailored proposal, the choice is up to you. The Entity reserves the right to negotiate with any and all persons or firms submitting proposals, per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards.

Along with your proposal, you must also include verification that your company as well as the company’s principal or principals are not listed (is not debarred) through the federal government’s System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov).  Please include a printout of the search results.
